Current output
1. Temperature calculation
Temperature (℃)=(TI-4)/16*Tr+T0
- TI: Output current, unit mA
- Tr: Temperature range, unit ℃, for example -20~80℃, then Tr=100.
- T0: minimum temperature value, unit ℃, for example -20~80℃, T0=-20.
Example:
- The collected current between terminal TI and GND is 12mA, and the range is -20~80, then the temperature = (12-4)/16*100-20 = 30℃.
2. Humidity calculation
Humidity (%RH)=(HI-4)/16*Hr+H0
- HI: output current, unit mA
- Hr: humidity range, unit %RH, for example, 0~100%RH, then Hr=100.
- H0: minimum humidity value, unit %RH, for example, 0~100%RH, then Hr=0.
Example:
- The current value collected between terminal HI and GND is 12mA, and the measurement range is 0~100%RH.
- Then humidity = (12-4)/16*100 = 50%RH.
- Note: If the current is about 3mA, it indicates that the sensor is faulty.
