Measurement conditions
- Gear 60 teeth, Gear material A3 steel, Module 2, Distance between the sensor end face and the tooth tip is less than 1mm
Output voltage waveform:
- involute gear – approximate sine wave,
- if the gear is slightly eccentric, it will be amplitude modulated sine wave; orifice plate, square teeth, etc. – positive and negative pulses.
