5. Input / Output Signal Function

6. DIP-Switch Setting

The DIP switches SW1 – SW8 are used for setting microstep resolution and current output.

Group Function Range
SW1 – SW4 Microstep Resolution 1 – 128 microsteps (max 25 600 steps/rev)
SW5 – SW8 Current Setting Peak current from 2.8 A to 10 A (see current table on driver label)

Example:

  • If microstep = 1600 → 1600 pulses per motor revolution

  • Adjust current according to motor rated current; increase slightly if torque is insufficient.

8. Wiring Diagram (Overview)

Connectors:

  • Motor UVW → to 3-phase stepper motor terminals

  • AC Input → AC 80 – 220 V (single-phase)

  • PG → Earth / Ground

  • Signal Inputs (PUL, DIR, ENA) → PLC or controller pulse outputs

All signal inputs are opto-isolated and compatible with 5 – 24 V logic.
